The Beauty of Newborn Photography
As a mother, I have a great appreciation for the magnificence of the simplest gestures. A tiny yawn, a peaceful slumber, or a tiny fist curled against a soft cheek are all such incredible moments that quickly pass by while we are busy with chores and the new chaos.
As a person who started relishing photographs and their importance at a young age, I make sure that I capture all the little special moments with my baby boy before he grows older. This is exactly what I want to do for you as well.

The Experience

1. Inquire
I’m so glad my style matches your vision! Fill out my contact form and we can chat about your needs and the type of session you’re looking for to make sure we design the best experience for you and your family. The earlier the better, but I am willing to accomodate you if we need to book last minute.

2. Planning
I will send over a quote containing a contract detailing our arrangement and an invoice for initial payment. Once I receive those two things, you are officially booked on my calendar and I am all yours! We will then start dreamimg up your newborn session and finalize the session time as well as talk about wardrobe. It’s a very hands-on process but also very fun!

3. Session Day
We will meet at the desired location. Outdoor Winnipeg family photography sessions start 1-2 hours before sunset and last about 45 min. At home indoor lifestyle sessions start around 10:00 am to get the best lighting indoors.

4. Design + Order
About 2 weeks after our session, we will set a date and I will email you a link to your proof gallery. With your online gallery live, you will be able to browse through all of your beautiful images and be able to decide on which collection is right for you (you'll learn more about the collections in my pricing guide when you inquire). This is also when we will design and order your heirloom albums and prints.
Your Newborn Photography Experience
When you pick me as your BABY photographer, we start with a detailed consultation where we will discuss what you want from this session and how we can make it happen.
We will collaborate to create a personalized plan for the session, which will include the outfits, styling and much more.
On the day of our session, I will guide you and your little one through a series of poses and interactions designed to highlight the tiny features and the beautiful connection between you. With experience in calming even the fussiest newborns, I will ensure that you can completely be in the moment and soak in every bit of their cuteness.
A few weeks after the session your photographs will be ready for you to see and we can choose which ones you like the most, what you want, and in which format.
